How to Properly Insert Crease Protectors into the Jordan 4
Share
1. Unlace the shoe completely and take out the soles.
2. Before we insert the Jordan 4 crease protector notice the straps that are attached from the shoe to the tongue. When the crease protector is inserted we are going to take the wings of it and place them behind these straps so it keeps them in place
3. Notice these little spike guys on top of the crease protector. When we insert it you want to make sure you press up towards the roof of the shoe. These spikes are going to embed themselves into the fabric of the shoe further stabilizing it.
Also you see how the front of the crease guard is curved. That curve allows it to stay in place and prevents it from moving as it takes the shape of your shoe.
4. Now we pinch the crease protector and insert it into the shoe. Remember to push all the way forward then press up.
6. We want to take the wings of the crease protector and put them on the inside of the straps. This is going to secure the guard from moving and will make sure it stays in place.
7. Now we want to put the sole back in. Placing the sole back in after we have inserted the crease protector further stabilizes it from moving and really grounds it and keeps it in there. You don't even notice its really in there, but if you look close enough you can see it.
This is how you insert shoe crease protectors for the Jordan 4.
